When and where did you first hear Journey?
If I'm honest the first time I really heard Journey was the first time I saw them live in 1979 at Sheffield City Hall with Pat Travers.
What’s your favourite Journey song? Does it have a special story attached to it?
Remember Me. No special story but just does it for me.
Tell us about your most memorable Journey moment.
It's got to be back in 1979 at Sheffield City Hall. Myself and 4 others had got tickets for the show especially for Pat Travers, hadn't really heard much Journey that I could recall. Pat Travers did the first set and my friends said thats it lets go for a drink but I said that I'd paid for two bands and was going to stop n watch Journey or give them a try. Well what more can I say than from the first sound of Mr Perry's voice I was hooked. I still say today that that was a remarkable moment in my musical life I will never forget.
Share your funny Journey story.
Well this has got to be when at the Pechanga show in 2008. Jules (my wife) said to our friend Mark that Neal Schon was stood behind him while we were in the bar, he wasn't but Mark turned round so fast to see it was so funny to see he expression when there was no Neal. Ha, you may say not really that funny but after Jules doing it to Mark about 6 times in the next hour it was hilarious for us but not Mark, he did eventually see the funny side though.
What is your favourite Journey lyric verse or quote (not whole song?)
I'll live on somewhere in your heart,You must believe, Remember Me
Do you have any Journey memorabilia that you cherish?
The memory of the first show and all my ticket stubs from my Journey shows which some are signed by the band from 2008 meet and greats.
Tell us about yourself…
I'm 47 and live in Huthwaite, Nottinghamshire. I'm married to Jules and have no children. I work as a production engineer at the same firm I did my apprenticeship at, so thats means I've been there 31 years.....old fart!!! My favorite pastimes are listening music, mainly rock in it's many forms, going to gigs, watching Manchester United which I held a season ticket for until 3 years ago, eating out and watching all sports on TV and live when possible. Love traveling, mainly to the USA. I am known among the Journey fraternity as one of THE SMART DRESSED MEN.
If you could pick a set list of 12 songs for a private concert what would they be?

What does being a Journey Fan mean to you?
That I have met many great people who most have become great friends here and in the USA. Journey friends are the best.
Any words of wisdom to share with your Journey friends...
